IC Net Limited was recently awarded the fiscal 2016 opportunity another external ex-post evaluation: package I-9 (loan) in Brazil by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA). This evaluation is being carried out ex-post evaluation of São Paulo State coast Department sanitation improvement project in Brazil from August 2016 to July 2017.
Evaluations are carried out for all projects a few years after completion in principle so as to ensure full accountability and to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of ODA operations. Ex-post evaluations assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impacts and sustainability of each project on the basis of international evaluation criteria.
