We believe that a strong foundation for information and communication technology (ICT) is essential to translate knowledge into action. For this reason, ICT is critical for social and economic development from both the perspective of the donors who implement projects and formulate policies based on sound evidence, to the beneficiaries who monitor and evaluate their own development using ICT tools. IC Net assists developing countries in smart application of increasing availability in computers, internet access and related IT services in developed countries by carrying out projects that set up hubs of IT, modernize IT infrastructure of beneficiary governments, and promote e-learning in developing countries.
