IC Net Limited was recently awarded the Terminal Evaluation of the “Rice-based Agriculture Development in Afghanistan” and “The Project for Capacity Development and Institutional Strengthening of Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock（MAIL)” projects by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA). This evaluation is to be carried out from October 2016 until February 2017.
The evaluation team will follow the evaluation methodologies set forth in the new JICA project evaluation guideline. The team will compare the planned values and results against the five evaluation criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability). As the security situation is deteriorating in Afghanistan, the field survey with the Afghan government officials will be carried out in Iran.
